RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order. Most pieces are ready for shipping within 3 days of ordering, but some back order items require additional time in production, which we will clarify on the product page.

We ship all orders via USPS.
For US domestic customers, we offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 and free priority shipping for orders over $400. For orders under $200, we offer $7 flat rate ground shipping and $15 priority shipping.
For International customers, we offer free USPS First Class International Shipping for orders over $400 and $19.5 flat shipping fee for orders under $400.
Please note that the shipping time may take up to 3-14 business days depending on your location.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept items for exchange or return for store credit only.
Please ensure that the item is returned in unworn and re-saleable condition with complete original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Returns after the 14 days period are not accepted. All personalized orders and sale items are final sales and not refundable.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Important: We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery, if the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours from it's arrival time. If you would like to make a return, please email for a return authorization at: (no refund will be granted without return authorization).
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured courier (e.g.USPS, FedEx, UPS, EMS) and retain your receipt. Please include a note with your name and invoice number.
Once your return is processed, credit will be issued for merchandise amount only. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Duties & Taxes
For all customers, tax and import duty are not included in the prices you see online. All orders shipped overseas are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international orders, are not included in DA-IE's quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US. Insurance for the package is optional upon requests. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages after the package has been delivered to the right shipping address.
